Cancellations:

  • We do not support order cancellations once an order is placed.
  • Please review your order details carefully before confirming.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are only processed for damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.
  • To request a refund, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the order with clear photos.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • COD return shipping cost will be deducted

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available for the same product category if stock is available.
