Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds:

• Refunds are only processed for damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.
• To request a refund, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order with clear photos.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are available for the same product category if stock is available.
